Real estate advisor Realone Oy expands its expertise in real estate investment with new stakeholders – Real estate industry veterans Kari Inkinen, Pia Arrhenius and Tuomas Kankaanpää become shareholders
Realone, a fast-growing real estate company has strengthened its expertise with three new shareholders. Kari Inkinen and Pia Arrhenius, who have been operating in the real estate industry for a long time, will bring real estate investment experience and private equity network. Tuomas Kankaanpää joins as a partner after working on the company's projects since 2016.
In a short time, Realone has grown into a leading strategic real estate advisor to operational companies. The company has wide experience working with real estate transactions and real estate development. In recent years, Realone has focused on acting as a strategic partner for internationally operating companies. The company is responsible for and assists in the optimisation and development of the real estate assets of Nokia, Kemira and Tikkurila, among others.
Realone has carried out several significant transactions with its clients, and in addition, the company has a large base of zoning development projects and real estate development projects to work on. Recent examples include Nokia Corporation's Oulu campus and Kemira Oyj's Finnoo area development project.
